Postby CielOnTap on Fri Sep 23, 2016 3:04 pm

Canadian media outlets are keenly anticipating the coverage of the Royals' visit to British Columbia and the Yukon Territory. Their
tour will begin on Saturday. The couple's children bring additional appeal to the tour.

The Duke & Duchess will bring a book for aboriginal children:
According to the most recent census data, only 200 or so people are able to speak Southern Tutchone, one of eight native tongues still in use by indigenous people in Yukon, where Prince William and Kate Middleton will visit next week.

And so it begins. Helicopters over head, and police everywhere. The Royals have arrived at the BC Governor Generals residence. Only minutes away and there is no mistaking they have hit town.
