Another take on food-what to athletes do with food to ensure they have the energy to play or to participate in their sporting activities?
One major tennis player starts his day with Manuka honey.

One sports chef wrote a book on optimal food combinations and when to eat them to maximize energy for their bodies.
He does not agree with honey as an athlete's first food of a day. There are tips on how to eat at night if one has to perform
the next morning too.
